I’m using the Windows 10 build 16273.32 with the recommended build 18362.176. It does not appear to have been updated to 1.0.0.20 as of 2/18/2019. It’s a bit slow, but I’ve been using it for years.
Looks like the installer package for 1.1.0.25 is still available.
