Hybrid bass synth featuring urban type bass sounds, utilizing subtractive, fm, phase distortion synthesis. It’s essentially a monophonic synth but has a pseudo stereo mode also and features 3 oscillators, osc sync, 2 filters, LFO, 2 ADSR’s, mod envelope generator, 2 waveshapers, tube amp and bit crusher effects, 2 modulation matrix’s with 24 possible destinations with the option of signal inversion.
The phase distortion osc has 2 wave generators each comprising of 8 waveforms, and the FM osc comes with 7 standard waveforms and also has a sync mode. There’s an add on unison oscillator which includes 3 waveforms. Each oscillator has fine tune and transpose function and the synth also has a master fine tune control.
There are 3 main modes of operation which are FM, phase distortion and FM+phase distortion with a mix knob to get more level from either oscillator. The first filter has Low Pass or HP operation and has an analog/digital emulator, bass boost, Q tap and clear/furry options, the 2nd filter acts more like a basic eq and is in a fixed mode of operation.
You can view your sounds/waveforms via the frequency analyser or onboard scope. In pseudo stereo mode you can control left and right levels via seperate sliders in the master section in the top left of the synth, also in this section there is retrigger, velocity switch, master level and glide.
The included LFO is host synced and doesn’t operate in free mode. The tube amp has adjustable clipping hardness, bias, and power supply regulation, clipping and/or crossover distortion. Most of the parameters on this synth can be automated via MIDI or your host automation.

Yeah i think that the Oscillator is unique. I think something like this:

I don’t know what this is but someone was playing it at the CHORDICATOR festival.

I don’t know what that is either but someone was playing it at the ‘Omegathon’ Bremen Festival in July I think it was.

I can’t remember the rhythm from the piece but the synth has some sort of weird kick sound I think. It sounds more like a real bass but not the kind you feel in your ribs. Like you could feel through a drum kit but it was very subtle and not all together.

i haven’t been able to find out the exact sound with an internet search.

check out the PRPB and PTPB synths, they’re pretty close to what the article is describing.

There’s only one definition of a bassline. And that’s a pattern of low and mid-range frequencies. Based on that definition, there are pretty much only a handful of choices you can make when creating a bassline.

For the sake of this discussion, let’s call the first four notes of that pattern the bassline, regardless of what instrument plays them.

Now, once you have a bassline pattern (or ‘tune’), the natural question that follows is: what kind of guitar would you plug into a bass rig?

There are four main choices: electric guitar, acoustic guitar, bass guitar and other plucked instrument. The choice is a matter of preference, but a more common choice is an electric guitar because you’re dealing with a synthetic alternative to an electric piano, and an easier source to work with (no need for any foot pedals).

So, let’s say you’re trying to represent a straight 4/4 rock beat. I would think an electric guitar is the way to go, but if you wanted to expand the pattern (or use it as the backbone of a song), then the bass would be the logical first choice.

Let’s extend that to a dub beat, where instead of a rock beat, we have an off-beat. The way to do that is with a straight bass line (on beat, with the off-beat marking the bass) and then using a drum loop (or sound) with an off-beat.

1) Start with an electric guitar.
2) Put a guitar effector (wah, phaser, compressor, reverb,

This is a modular system including audio sequencers, clocking, control, display and mixing.
Module Description:
CRCUTA-101 – A particularly compact sequencer with 14 pads and a manual/sequence toggle button.
CRCUTA-101 has a clock generator with clock pulses and up/down arrows. To release a clock pulse the clock button is pressed. If the up arrow and clock button are pressed simultaneously the clock hits a’suspend’ position which eliminates any other input.
The module has a display with a grid for display various channels. Each channel is controlled by up/down arrows. The channels are labelled ‘Glide’ for a channel with linear glide and ‘Step’ for step mode. The ‘Glide’ and step channels can be used to control a gate channel if a clock pulse is recorded on the “Clock” pads. The gliders must be clocked (ie pressed down by touching the screen) and the ‘clock’ down arrow pressed during a clocking operation.
A change-over switch is used to change the setting of the ‘Quick Clock’ feature. Quickly flashing a button will change the setting between the normal sequence and quick sequence. The normal sequence is useful for setting a sequential clocking sequence with…

What’s New in the?

Drums, bass, lead, piano, guitars, acoustic, deep house, contemporary, cinematic, big room, techno, trap, wobbly sounds. Live performance using ProjectX1 in the Ableton 8.7.1 Synth Rack and it’s use with the similar, Alessandro Cortini Bass Pencils.

To play this project on a real synth you need to add the synth files (RX ProjectX1_FirstStep.rx) to the Ableton instrument rack as one of the synth voices. We made a new instrument rack called RX ProjectX1_SecondStep.rtb file that contains all of the ProjectX1 (and synth modules included) voices.
Here are some mods for the ProjectX1 module:
* moved filter_curve_cutoff in the ProTracks studio.
* changed some colors in the ribbon.
* moved the routings and synth effects in sections 4 and 5.
* changed the keyboard mappings in section 5.
* added LFO/OSC optino for setting the tuning per osc.
* changed the length of Mute Modes 1 and 2 in section 4.
* changed the DC offset to Mute Modes 1 and 2.
Please read the readme file for detailed information.
