According to the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) consumers are being misled when products on the shelves claim they are ‘Made in the UK.’

With a string of snacks and drinks being dished out and marketed to UK consumers, the ASA believe consumers should be ensured there is a level of assurance a product is responsibly produced, with not only the UK but UK local suppliers supplying the product.

In a ruling on Monday, March 28, the ASA, the UK’s advertising and consumer protection authority, told Walkers Bacon and Mars foods, among others, that claims that a product, ‘comes from the UK’ or ‘Made in the UK�

Never Going Home is a game I began working on over a year ago before
learning about audio, by me, I mean that there’s not a single person
involved with this game other than myself. I released a demo of this game
on Xbox live, it was free. However the information on the website about
what you’d need to play it couldn’t quite be found, so I had to completely
scrape the internet and I had to completely redo my entire website. So in
order to continue working on Never Going Home, I got some help from
another developer. I created a copy of my old website so it can be played
and see what’s going on as you download
your game. That will stay up for around 4 months while I work on
adding new features to this game, possibly even making 1 or 2 other games.

Once I’m done completely redoing my
website, I’m going to continue working on Never Going Home. I have videos
to make, I’ve got at least twice the amount of time that I have put into the game
so far so there will be games coming sooner than people anticipate. All I’m going to say
is that while the game will continue to be updated as I go with funding, I’m hoping to see monthly updates.

This game was funded
by Microsoft’s “How to make a games” program, I can only report on what I’ve done as
a result of this program, though at this point I have no real plans to go
back because of it as I’ve learned what I need to know. What I learned that kind
of stumps me is that you have to self- publish games on Xbox Live, which is what I’m
doing with Never Going Home by
going to the Windows developer center and creating a new profile for this game. This
means that I can name this game whatever I want and set its’ price so if I want
I can charge double the price, but this also means I
can’t do updates until I press “create certification”, which takes about a year
and longer than that if you have no sponsors. I personally think a one-off
update should be doable if no one checks my game for a year or

NeverGoingHome is a fast-action rogue-like shooter inspired by classic old-school rail shooters.

The developer of the game is currently working on various new features including the release of more levels and weapons.

Gameplay

The player starts out with 3 lives. You can use as much as you want, but after three deaths you start from zero. Your health is divided in separate sections for your head, torso and lower body.

The game features 6 weapon slots. Each weapon has different properties. Your weapons will degrade overtime. If you use a weapon that has been damaged too much, you will be required to load a new one. Each weapon can be upgraded using blueprints and collectibles of different colors.

The game features a strong focus on upgrades. You will need to continue to upgrade your weapons, skilltree, boosters and armor to stand a chance at completing your run.

You can upgrade your skills at specific skilltrees. The number of points you can spend at a time can be increased with boosters.

Weapon and armor combos can be combined as long as the weapons and armor match in their respective properties. This will determine whether you use combos for defense and offense or offense and defense.

You can check your boosters and skilltree to find out what you can do.

Levels

The game is cute! but sometimes you will find yourself in piles and piles of blood!IN THE GAME’S UNIQUE LEVEL SYSTEM!
Levels are a unique element of the game.
The level is generated from a seed. This means you start off at a certain level with a certain seed, and the seed is what determines your current level and what weapons you start with.

The more seeds you collect, the higher you level will go. The amount of seeds you collect is not fixed, they can be either collected by collecting the Cs, Ds and more colors of collectibles.

After you collected enough seeds, you will be able to purchase new weapons and collectibles for your seed.

If you use seeds with a higher level, you will also be able to become a stronger player. However, seeds with a higher level start out with a lesser seed and will also need to collect less seeds.

In the game, you will unlock 4 new achievements everytime you purchase a
