Evaluation and conclusion
We haven't experienced any compatibility issues with later Windows versions in our tests, although the app hasn't received updates for a significant amount of time. No error dialogs popped up and it didn't freeze or crash. Unsurprisingly for such a compact utility, it used a low amount of CPU and RAM to function normally, so it didn't hog system resources or interfere with the runtime of other active processes.
To sum it up, mxClock provides you with a simple analog clock for your desktop, backed by some standard and practical customization settings. It's free for non-commercial use.
